We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and professional. The rooms were clean, spacious, and silent. The onsen was one of the best we've ever experienced and the spa was nice too. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a piano concert at the reception, which was beautiful. Finally, the Japanese restaurant served the most delicious, well-prepared, and reasonably-portioned dinner we had in this city.
Almost perfect.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't be more perfect - nestled by snowy mountains, it provided a picture-perfect view from my room. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, well-furnished, and impeccably clean. The hotel also offered a wide range of facilities such as an indoor pool, gym, and even a tennis court. The highlight for me was the onsen, which was absolutely amazing and provided the ultimate relaxation after a long day. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for enhanced comfort and quality services.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel offered a free breakfast buffet and had a nice onsen to enjoy. The location was great as it was near popular attractions.
The service was lacking and the hotel had some maintenance issues. The staff didn't speak English well and it was difficult to communicate with them.

We recently spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in Hokkaido and had a great time. the hotel had wonderful amenities including a spacious onsen and a well-equipped gym. the hotel's location was perfect, right across the street from the ski lifts and conveniently close to the different ski resorts in the area.
The hotel's restaurant was quite pricey and the quality of the food did not match the high cost. the room was a bit outdated and could use some renovation.
